When we opened United Country Real Estate | Natural State Home & Land, we decided to name our business after Arkansas’s official designation as the “Natural State.”
It’s a fitting title given the natural – and diverse – beauty of Arkansas, with its dense timberland, hills, valleys and farmland, as well as the Ouachita and Ozark Mountain Ranges, hot springs, bayous, and more lakes and rivers than one could ever need.
Here in Searcy in Central Arkansas, we are surrounded by a lot of that beauty… and what we don’t see can be enjoyed following a relatively short drive in any direction.
Incredible Outdoor Recreation & Affordable Living in Searcy, AR
While the incredible fishing, hunting and other outdoor recreation opportunities are a huge draw for both vacationers and full-time residents in Arkansas, we like to think places like our quaint town of Searcy spark interest on an additional level.
Searcy is a family-friendly town with the amenities of many larger cities. It’s a place where living is affordable and the quality of life is high. At United Country Real Estate | Natural State Home & Land, we not only want our clients to be satisfied with choosing us; we want to provide a stellar level of service unmatched by the competition.
Our constant drive to succeed has served our real estate business well. The property buyers and sellers whom we serve say they value our attention to detail, honest reputation, and years of experience.
It’s our goal to help our customers purchase or sell properties ranging from in-town homes, country homes, and vacant wooded acreage, to hunting tracts, buildable lots, cabins with mountain views, and waterfront homes at places like the Little Red River, Greers Ferry Lake, and the White River.
United Country Real Estate | Natural State Home & Land relies on a powerful combination of local expertise and national reach. We have the resources and experience to help you find or sell your property for the best price, as quickly as possible.
There’s a lot to love about Searcy and the surrounding areas in Central Arkansas. From Pangburn to Beebe, McRae, Romance, Floyd, Bald Knob, Georgetown, and beyond White County… there are some amazing recreational properties, secluded residential lots with lake or river views, development land parcels, and rural homes with acreage in the country, as well as those closer to town.
We’d be happy to shine a light on the home you have for sale, or help you find the perfect property for your lifestyle. Call or email us to learn how we can assist. We look forward to meeting you!
